We want you to be confident when you subscribe. If the Service does not work as described, we will make it right.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email clarim.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We will process refund requests within 3–5 business days, subject to your payment processor's timeline.
Refunds are not issued for renewal charges. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
