By accessing or using Clarim ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tamari Javakhishvili, trading as Clarim ("we", "us", "our").
Clarim is a SaaS platform that analyses contribution margin at the SKU × Channel level and classifies combinations into SCALE, OPTIMIZE, REVIEW, or KILL decisions based on data you provide. Outputs are analytical tools, not financial advice.
Access to the Service is granted via a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share them. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Margin calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of the data you upload. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Service outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
